Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products/services. We are committed to providing high-quality goods and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 7-day return and exchange service (counted from the day you receive the package). Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully:


RETURN CONDITIONS

1.1 Returns must be requested within the stated time frame from the date of purchase.

1.2 The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

1.3 Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, such as personalized/customized items or items purchased during special promotions. Such information will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

2.1 Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions. 

2.2 Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item unless there is a quality issue or we made an error in shipping.

2.3 If the return is not due to a quality issue, and the original order enjoyed free shipping or required us to cover the initial shipping cost, the refund amount will be deducted by the shipping cost we initially incurred.

2.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

3.1 If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with detailed exchange instructions. 

3.2 Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanging the item unless there is a quality issue or we made an error in shipping.

3.3 Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, we will process your exchange request and ship the new item according to the specifications and requirements of your original order.

 

QUALITY ISSUES AND INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

4.1 If you receive an item with a quality issue or if we made an error in shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

4.2 Upon verification of the issue, we will provide a resolution for return or exchange and cover any associated shipping costs.


Non-RETURNABLE/ Non-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

5.1 Items that have been used or damaged and cannot be restored to their original condition.

5.2 Items that have exceeded their stated validity period.

5.3 Personalized/customized items or items purchased during special promotions.

5.4 Pre-ordered items with a deposit.
