GOING DOWNHILL, FAST

From aggressive trail riding to the demandsof downhill racing, the Newton MTF delivers consistent cornering bite,predictable braking control and premium performance in ever-changingconditions. The tread design features ramped center knobs to reduce rollingresistance, while tall, arch-supported side knobs provide fierce braking andcornering grip.

 

ENDURO, DOWNHILL, TRAIL. ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.

Mountain bike tires are the sum of theirparts where performance is a result of tread pattern and compound layup pairedwith specific casing materials and construction. The Newton MTF is classifiedby the new Simplified System for Trail, Enduro, and Downhill applications.

  • CONSTRUCTION: 2x120TPI – A dual-ply, 120TPIconstruction, the 2x120TPI casing is supple and fast rolling with improvedtraction while providing high levels of support.
  • COMPOUND: Grip3S – Front specific, tripledensity 40/42/60a compound, offering the ultimate level of grip and slowrebound properties.
  • PROTECTION: EN:Wall – A butyl layer locatedwithin the casing ply that provides defence to cut and abrasion as well asproviding extra sidewall support.
